GUIDELINES FOR THE CONFERENCES

  1. President Elect will be the Chairman of scientific Committee

  2. If there is discrepancy of opinion regards accepting a paper for the meeting the final decision to be taken on voting basis in the scientific committee with the decision of the President Elect being final

  3. Conference programme including the CME will be finalized by the President Elect, Organizing Secretary and the Organizing Chairman

  4. Chairpersons of sessions will be decided by the Organizing Secretary in consultation with the President Elect

  5. List of Orators and topic and speakers for symposia will be finalized by the TNS Executive Committee

  6. Posters would be displayed on either the first day or the second day depending on the number of Posters obtained

  7. Only registered candidates will be allowed to present Guest lectures, Platform and Posters

  8. One platform and/ or a poster will be allowed for each registered delegate

  9. Anyone who wants to present a paper or poster has to be compulsorily become a life member

  10. CME program will be for one day and has to be decided by the Organizing secretary in consultation with the President Elect and intimated to the Executive body of TNS

  11. Orators or Guest Lecture invitees are not to be repeated before less than 3 years unless with the permission of the TNS Executive Committee

  12. A session by one of our teachers may be considered

    Order of dignitaries

    President, Guest of Honor, President Elect, Secretary, Organizing Chairman, Organizing Secretary, joint secretary Treasurer of the association

  14. Closing ceremony

    President , President Elect, Secretary , Organizing Chairman, Organizing Secretary
